Combining her love of art and music, New York City-based artist Mindy Lehmann has created a body of work expressing the reality of the human experience through the lens of escapism. Stemming from a background in computer science and graphic design, Mindy draws on her talents to produce art filled with humor, passion and creativity.

What started out as a side project to fill the walls of her apartment led Mindy to create commissioned art for commercial and residential spaces. Some of her current displays include installations at The Conrad New York Downtown Hotel, Club Pilates and Starbucks, where part of her latest collection [the art] behind a smile can be seen.
